Landlords have received some positive signs that court possession cases will re-commence from 24th August. This is good news for landlords who, to date, have been unable to effectively manage their residential properties due to the moratorium on evictions being in place until 23rd August.
It will be interesting to see what pre-action protocols will be put in place and how these will evolve. Watch this space!
